Pajaro Dunes is very easy to get to from anywhere in California. From either the North or South head towards San Jose on US 101. Then just follow the directions below:

US 101 through San Jose/Gilroy to Highway 129.
Highway 129 through Watsonville.
Highway 129 turns into Riverside Drive.
Follow to end, you will see a Chevron station.
Right at the first stop sign (Lee Road).
Left at the next stop sign (Beach Road).
Follow Beach Road towards the ocean.
Take a right on Shell Drive. Follow to the Shorebirds gate. Follow to the gatehouse.

Once at the gatehouse, just park and go inside where you can pick up the key. After hours, use the intercom to contact the main gate to get your key.
